Manage escalation forums: working closely with and acting as liaison between escalation accounts’ members and software developers and other internal staff; accountable for identifying the nature and severity of issues; provide creative solutions to problems; log, monitor, and follow-up on reported bug items; delegate issues to appropriate internal staff.

Assist 3D frontline support agents: solve and delegate customer cases that cannot be resolved by frontline support staff.

Responsible for creating and managing 3D virtual environments for architectural simulations, 3D stereo viewing, video and print media, and stereo-lithography. Tasks included photographic and texture manipulation in Photoshop, and modeling, texturing, and animating assets conceived with Softimage 3D products. Produced all the 2D and 3D graphics work for the Quebec city convention centre project and the exterior scenes of the Parliament hill project.
